The hotel was lovely little and tidy, everything was very good. The staff were professional and very amiable every time I dealt with them. Exceptionally nice location, a bus stop was close to the property. Also, the area was very nice. Food was tasty and I have nothing but fine memories from this trip.

The breakfast selection was pretty dismal-mostly processed cheese, biscuits, and stale croissants, with no savory options at all. My room felt cramped and outdated, and it had some cleanliness issues, including marks on the walls. The shower drain was slow, too. Plus, getting around at night was a hassle with buses that didn't follow their schedules, leading to long waits.

delightful affordable place, it has good and perfect location right by italy, and public transports.
Views are very very bad.

The staff are great, especially on check-in, where they welcome everyone with a smile. The bedrooms are large, and airy, with big windows, and always very clean. Also, because the hotel is not huge it has a 'relaxed' and family feel to it.
The streets around the hotel can be a bit chaotic and noisy sometimes, but I suppose that's Rome!

The rooms were comfy, but the worn carpets made a weird first impression.

Modest room with very comfy beds, complimentary wireless internet and a safe. Excellent view of street. Great services, the private parking was available on site. Not to mention free wifi...

Hotel staff was very helpful, location was in a good neighborhood and it was good to discover Rome from there. With one bus you could get to Colosseum or to Vatican. It was not in the city center, therefore it was quiet and peaceful. Just a corner away was a supermarket and the best ice cream shop in Italy.
Breakfast was a little weak (every day the same food, not much variety) and in the rooms was a little musty smell. But these were little details, in overall it was a good hotel.

The hotel was 'clean' but definitley needed paint work, what a letdown for a place calling itself a hotel. The breakfast was so limited it almost was like a prison meal. I woudl ve loved a kettle in my room, but no, i had to rely on a vending machine. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Positive staff, good location near the Villa Borghese, accetable breakfast.
If you don't like to walk it maybe boring to get the center of the Rome, 'cause nearest Metro station ia about 20 minutes to walk to. Wall outlets didn't match my notebook. The room is quite small. But at all tje place is advicable to meet.
